How to upload the data

Go to the Files page by clicking on the Files button in the sidebar. To upload data, click the New button, then select Upload data. This will open a dialog where you can select the files you want to upload.

Click the upload icon, or drag and drop the files you want to upload.

Once the data is added, you will get validation on whether you are missing any files. Make sure both the header and data files are present, and that they have the same base name.

Once the data is uploaded, you will see it listed.

Reassign processing level

Our file was identified as a Raw file, but is actually in Reflectance, so we need to reassign the processing level. If your file is not in Reflectance, and you need to preprocess it, see the Processing Hyperspectral Data guide. Click on the Reassess processing level button.

To reassign the processing level, when viewing the image row in the list (click on the image once to view it), on the right hand side you will see its current processing level. Click on it, and a dropdown will appear where you can click Reassign processing level button.

Select the desired processing level (most likely Radiance or Reflectance) and click the Reassign button.

Once the processing level is reassigned, you will see the new processing level listed.
