Process Hyperspectral Data

Processing raw data

Click on the "Raw" dropdown in the Processing column to see the correction options:

  • Reassign processing level: If your data is not actually raw, you can reassign the processing level to match your data.
  • Upload a dark reference: If you have a dark reference, you can upload it here.

Processing dark data

Click on the "Dark" dropdown in the Processing column to see your options:

  • Reassign processing level: If your data is not actually dark, you can reassign the processing level to match your data.
  • Upload camera calibration: If you have camera calibration coefficients, you can upload them here to process your data to radiance.
  • Upload a white reference: If you have a white reference, you can upload it here to process your data directly to reflectance. This will skip the radiometric calibration step.
  • Select a white target: If you have a white target in your image, you can select it here to process your data to reflectance. This will skip the radiometric calibration step.
  • Select a reference spectra: If you have a reference spectra in your spectral library, you can select it here to process your data to reflectance. This will skip the radiometric calibration step.

Processing radiance data

Click on the "Radiance" dropdown in the Processing column to see your options:

  • Reassign processing level: If your data is not actually radiance, you can reassign the processing level to match your data.
  • Upload a white reference: If you have a white reference, you can upload it here to process your data to reflectance.

Removing a processing step

If you have misclicked a processing step, you can remove it by clicking the "Remove" button in the processing column.

  1. Click on the image you want to remove the processing step from to select it.
  2. On the right, a details pane will appear where you can see the Processing section.
  3. Click on the processing step you want to remove.
  4. Click on the Remove button.

Note:

  • If you only have one processing layer, the Remove button will be grayed out.
  • You can only remove sequential processing steps, and the first processing step cannot be removed. Removing a processing step will also remove its following processing steps.
