Projects

Alpha

The Projects page and project mission-control view are available only when Alpha features are enabled.

Projects keep related files, workspaces, datasets, and models in one working context. Selecting a project scopes those product areas to that project.

Create and open a project

1. Open Projects.
2. Select Create project, enter a Project name, and select Create Project.
3. Open the project to review its linked Files, Explorer workspaces, Datasets, and Models.

The project page provides an editable purpose that is saved to the project and shared with teammates. Area-of-interest notes and workflow guard rails are Alpha mission-control drafts stored only in your browser. They do not move or delete project assets.

Assign resources

For a workspace, dataset, or model, open its context menu and select Move to project. Choose No project to remove its project assignment.

Files use project folders as locations:

• Move to project moves the selected file location to the project's root folder. Choosing No project prompts you for a folder outside a project.
• Manage projects… is available when the selection contains only hyperspectral images. It adds or removes one location per project without duplicating the image. The image, labels, and analyses remain shared across those locations.

Removing an image from one project does not delete the shared image or its other project locations. If you remove its primary project location, Clarity promotes another project location when one exists; otherwise it moves the image to an unassigned location.

Archive a project

Use the project's context menu and select Archive. Archiving removes the project from active project choices but does not schedule its resources for deletion.
