ArcGIS Pro add-in

The Clarity ArcGIS Pro add-in can sync hyperspectral imagery, submit model inference, and add downloaded results to an ArcGIS Pro map.

The integration is currently distributed as a support-assisted add-in. The former ArcGIS Marketplace listing is no longer available. Contact your Metaspectral representative or support@metaspectral.com for the current installer, supported ArcGIS Pro version, and connection URL.

Create a service token​

  1. In Clarity, open the account menu and select Settings.
  2. Open Service tokens.
  3. Select Create token.
  4. Copy the token when it is shown and save it in the add-in settings.

Treat the token like a password. Store it only in the add-in and revoke it from Service tokens if the workstation or token is no longer trusted.

Prepare a model​

The add-in lists model versions that are published, are not drafts, belong to an accessible project, and have the same band count as the ArcGIS raster. A trained version that has not been published will not appear.

Publishing is a managed deployment action and may require administrator access. If no model is available, confirm the version status, project, and raster band count with your Clarity administrator.

Generate inference​

  1. Add the hyperspectral raster to the ArcGIS Pro map.
  2. Open the add-in's inference action for the raster.
  3. Supply any sensor metadata requested by the add-in.
  4. Select an available model version and submit the job.
  5. Follow the status guidance supplied with your add-in release.
  6. When the completed result appears, download it and add it to the map.

The integration syncs source imagery into the ArcGIS Sync folder in Clarity. Inference uses the synchronized image's primary processing layer. Confirm that this layer and its metadata are the intended model input before submitting.

Downloaded inference is a ZIP archive containing GeoTIFF output reprojected for ArcGIS. Use ArcGIS symbology to style categorical or continuous output as appropriate for the model type.

Add-in labels can vary by supported release. Use the instructions supplied with your installer if they differ from this page.
