Managed Imagery Catalog

The Managed Imagery Catalog is available at /catalog only when Alpha features are enabled.

The catalog finds managed hyperspectral images across folders and projects. Use it when you know the characteristics or geographic area you need but not where an image is stored.

Open and scope the catalog​

Open Catalog from the Clarity command bar. If a project is active, the first visit starts with that project selected. Clear the project filter to search the full catalog, or select Include unassigned to include images without a project.

Your current filters and List or Map view are stored in the page URL, so you can bookmark or share that catalog state.

Find imagery​

Search by image name, then combine the filters that describe the data you need:

  • the Projects filter in the Project section, plus Include unassigned
  • map bounds or the selected project's site area
  • classes and tags, using any/all matching
  • sensor type and band-count range
  • wavelength range in micrometres, using Overlaps or Covers
  • processing levels and acquisition dates
  • Georeferencing: Any, Georeferenced, or Not georeferenced

Switch to Map view, move or zoom the map, and select Search this area to apply its bounds. Images without coordinates are excluded while an area filter is active; clear the area filter to include them again.

Sort results by acquisition date, update date, or name. Select Load more when additional matching images are available.

Inspect and use results​

  • Select one image to open its details panel.
  • Open an image to view it in Spectral Explorer.
  • Select one or more images to add them to the current workspace or to a new workspace.
  • Select Tags to add or remove catalog tags from the selected images.
  • Select Import to upload data, or Folders to return to Files.

Bulk catalog actions affect shared image records independently of their folder locations. An image can therefore list several projects while its labels and analyses remain shared.
