Label Belt and Nylon

Open the image​

In Files, open the image's context menu. To create a workspace, select Open in new workspace or Open in new workspace in project name. If a target workspace is already open, select Open in workspace name or Add to workspace name.

Create a finalized label set​

  1. In the workspace source tree, expand the image and its Labels subsection.
  2. Select Create label set.
  3. Name it Plastics labels.
  4. Set Status to Finalized and select Create.
  5. If it is not already active, use Draw into this label set.

Only finalized label sets can be assigned to dataset buckets.

Draw labels​

  1. In the labeling controls, select the Belt class.
  2. Select the Lasso selection tool.
  3. Draw one or more regions fully inside the belt material.
  4. Change the active class to Nylon.
  5. Draw one or more regions fully inside the nylon material.

Favor several representative interior regions over one selection that crosses material boundaries. Inspect the saved labels in the source tree and correct any region assigned to the wrong class.

If Belt or Nylon is missing from the class selector, open Label types from the account or workspace menu and add it to a class collection.
