ArcGIS Pro Add-in

Overview

We have developed an add-in for ArcGIS Pro that allows users to interact with Clarity models directly from ArcGIS.

Setup

Install the Clarity ArcGIS Pro Add-in from the ArcGIS Pro Add-ins page.

Once installed, you should see the Metaspectral button in the toolbar.

API Key

Click on the settings to set up your API key. This will connect the add-in to your Clarity account.

In Clarity, click on the Manage button on the left sidebar.

Click on the Service tokens tab.

Click on the Create token button to create a new token. Paste the token into the add-in API key field and click Save.

How to use

Generate an inference

First, make sure you have a hyperspectral image on your ArcGIS map.

Right click on the image and click Generate inference.

A dialog will appear showing whether your image is synced with Clarity. If it is not, the image will be uploaded to Clarity when you click Submit.

For some images like EnMAP, you will need to provide the metadata file and set the image type to ENMAP.

Select the model you want to use and click Submit.

The task will be added to the Clarity queue. You can view the status of the task by clicking on the Inferences button in the toolbar.

It may take a few minutes for the task to complete.

View the results

Once the inference is generated or the task is queued, you can view the available results in the Inferences tab.

Click on one of the results to select it, and then click Add to map.

The result will be added to your map.

Once added, you can right click the result and click Symbology to view the legend.

Feature requests

We are still developing the add-in, so if you have any feature requests, please let us know by emailing us at support@metaspectral.com.
